This includes NDIS participants who are either self-managed or plan-managed. Unfortunately we are not able to provide supports for NDIA-managed participants.

1-2 hours

A comprehensive assessment completed over 1-2 sessions that will address all relevant occupational therapy areas of concern, which include: social skills, behaviour, fine and gross motor skills, self-care and sensory processing. This assessment is important to determine any difficulties, as well as strengths that your child has. An assessment will help develop goals and guide all future intervention.

The assessment may include the review of previous documentation/reports, key stakeholder interviews, standardised assessments, observations, and the analysis and interpretation of assessment results.

1 hour

The time required for each therapy session is dependent upon a variety factors, including: the child’s goals and attention span, however typically sessions are 1 hour. The session includes intervention and observations directly with the child, as well as time to discuss any strategies, issues or tasks to be completed at home with relevant parties. This discussion may occur face to face in the session, or via email or phone after the session.

1-3 hours

Reports and letters are provided upon request, and offer detailed assessment results, identify strengths and challenges, and outline recommendations and goals. They may be required to demonstrate progress or to support information needed by paediatricians, schools, or the NDIS.

Hourly Rate

Resources can be crucial for intervention and implementation of strategies. If it is deemed necessary, these resources will be agreed upon and price will be discussed before creation. This service will be charged at the hourly rate.

Hourly Rate

We value the input of key stakeholders like other allied health professionals, teachers, parents and doctors in ensuring holistic care. Therefore calls and clinical emails will be charged at the hourly rate.

It is important for us to provide individualised therapy in a location that will be most suited and beneficial for the client and family. Therapy services are mobile and are offered at home, kindergarten or school (or as otherwise agreed). Travel fees are calculated at the standard hourly rates outlined above and are determined prior to commencing therapy.
